*Proof of Heavy Equipment Operator clearance is required. Some drivers will complete a multi week driving instruction course. Others may only have to complete a 3 week Military Finisher Program training school after orientation.

Assisted Living Director – LPN or RN

Autumn Green at Midway Village, a 123 unit, established provider of independent and assisted living located at 6700 S. Keating in Chicago, has an immediate opportunity for a professional and experienced LPN or RN to join the management team as Director of Assisted Living/Nurse manager. Reporting to the Executive Director, the selected candidate will successfully manage the day to day operation of the AL program (23 units) and ensure that Senior Lifestyle standards and state requirements for resident care are met. In this role, you will provide hands on care, effectively direct care staff, ensure regulatory compliance and be responsible for the management of Assisted Living budget.

Although this is a Director level position, this is a working manager role. On Call responsibilities also included.

Qualified candidates will possess an active LPN license in good standing in the state of Illinois and have a minimum of 2 years related nursing management experience in an assisted living and/or home health environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency, organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment a must.
